HOW IT WORKS:
Two complete headset assemblies are combined into one comfortable unit, providing four drivers (two speakers per ear) and two separate microphones.
Channel 1 – Connected to the standard telephony system (desk phone or PC softphone). The operator speaks and listens to the incoming caller normally.
Channel 2 – Connected directly to the emergency radio system (two-way radio, dispatch console, etc.). The operator can transmit and receive on the radio independently.
Critical advantage: When a distressed caller is on the telephone line, the dispatcher can remain in continuous contact with the caller while simultaneously coordinating with ambulances, fire, police, or other emergency units over the radio — all hands-free and without dropping either.
