Consumable Exchange

Do you require consumable exchange?(Required)

Repairs Only

  • Freight is for the customer’s account.
  • If you do not require consumable exchange, please remove your ear cushions before returning your faulty headset.

Return Procedure

  • Fax the completed, signed form to +2721 840 2250 OR email to your customer service representative at orders@headsetsolutions.co.za
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit, and include a copy of this form with the goods.
  • Address the parcel to: Kalula Communications, Urtel Crescent, Somerset Mall, 7137. Tel: +2721 840 2200.
  • Keep a copy of the Waybill and a copy of the related Goods Return Form. This serves as your Proof of Return in case of a query.

When the Service Centre receives the returned unit, it will be assessed:

  • If the unit is under warranty and the issue is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will handle the claim process with the manufacturer.
  • When we receive the replacement unit, the Headset Solutions team will ship it back to you.

Terms & Conditions

  • This Goods/Warranty Returns request is subject to the terms and conditions as contained on this website below. By clicking the “Submit Request” button, you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.
  • The Customer warrants that the information completed on this Goods Return Form is accurate and reflects the contents of the box.
  • All Faulty units returned for Warranty Replacement or for Credit, must be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase.
  • Disputes will not be entertained regarding the return of goods to Kalula Communications (Pty) Ltd, unless accompanied by a proof of delivery signed by a Kalula Communications (Pty) Ltd staff member.
  • All freight costs for goods returned for repair, are for the customer’s account. If goods are returned for repair, Kalula Communications (Pty) Ltd will return the repaired goods on our account only if it qualifies as a warranty replacement or warranty repair. Standard Product Warranty Terms apply at all times. A Purchase Order will be required for all non-Warranty repairs.
